Announces Relocation of Sustainable Oils Headquarters to Great Falls, Montana
The headquarters relocation and personnel expansion will support Sustainable Oils target of contract-growing more than one million acres of camelina annually for renewable diesel production.
Global Clean Energy Holdings today announced that Sustainable Oils, Inc., its camelina feedstock subsidiary, is relocating its North American headquarters to a new state-of-the-art facility in Great Falls, Montana. This new facility will consolidate Sustainable Oils crop innovation programs, commercial grower support and executive and administrative activities at one location and will be fully operational by November 1, 2021.

Global Clean Energy Holdings provides a mid-year corporate update of the first half of 2021. As of June 30, 2021, GCEH, through its wholly owned subsidiary Sustainable Oils, Inc., has produced sufficient planting seed of its proprietary Camelina varieties to plant over 275,000 acres of Camelina for the production of Camelina oil as a feedstock for renewable diesel.

Exxon expands renewable fuels agreement with Global Clean Energy Holdings
ExxonMobil and Global Clean Energy expanded their five-year agreement to increase Exxon's purchase of renewable diesel up to 5 million barrels a year.
Exxon will be the exclusive buyer of renewable diesel from Global Clean Energy's biorefinery in Bakersfield, Calif., which is scheduled to begin production in early 2022.
The renewable diesel uses Global Clean Energy's camelina crop, which the company said can significantly reduce life-cycle greenhouse gas emissions.

Renewable diesel revives refinery on Rosedale
A major industrial property that has sat idle for years in the heart of Bakersfield is coming back to life to refine used cooking oil, rendered animal fats and a canola-related grain called camelina.
Torrance-based biofuels company Global Clean Energy Holdings Inc. is refurbishing equipment and ramping up hiring so by the end of this year it can fire up part of the former Big West refinery on Rosedale Highway.
