Chairman of the Board

David R. Walker serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He was the General Manager of Sunheaven Farms, a 25,000-acre irrigated farming operation and the largest onion growing, packing and shipping entity in the State of Washington, feeding a growing and diverse onion market worldwide before retiring in July 2016. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Brigham Young University with minors in accounting and finance.

Susan Anhalt serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Susan is the founding attorney of SLAE Inc., a law firm serving technology start-up and growth companies. Prior to launching SLAE Inc., Susan served as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel to several start-up and growth companies, primarily in the high-tech sector where she gained considerable experience in patent and technology protection, as well as inventor rights advocacy. Susan received her J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her B.A. in political science from Stanford University.

Phyllis Currie

Phyllis serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of both the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee. Prior to joining the Board of Directors, Phyllis was General Manager of the Pasadena, CA Water and Power (PWP) Department. Phyllis held several significant positions during her 30-year career with the city of Los Angeles, including chief financial officer of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, assistant city administrative officer and director of the city’s rent control program. Phyllis holds a BA in political science and an MBA from UCLA, and the Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.

Timothy Iezzoni

Timothy Iezzoni currently serves as the U.S. and Latin America Crude & NGL Business Development Manager for ExxonMobil and has over 15 years of experience in the refining and midstream sector. In his current role, Mr. Iezzoni leads the development and execution of commercial and business development projects and ventures for crude oil, natural gas liquids, and refining feedstocks across the United States and Latin America. Prior to his current role, Mr. Iezzoni served as U.S. Crude & Feedstocks Business Development Manager, in which he was responsible for leading all business development efforts for owned and leased logistics as well as pipeline ventures for crude oil and refinery feedstock. Prior to that role, Mr. Iezzoni worked as a Business Development Advisor where he led crude oil and clean products focused on new business development efforts in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, Mr. Iezzoni spent two years leading the front-end planning of large scale international refining projects. Prior to transitioning into projects and business development roles, Mr. Iezzoni spent the first six years of his career in various technical, operational, and economic roles at ExxonMobil’s Baton Rouge Refinery. Mr. Iezzoni holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.

Richard Palmer is the founder of Global Clean Energy Holdings, Inc. and retired as Chief Executive Officer of the company in 2024. He serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Palmer was previously a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Mobius Risk Group, LLC, an energy risk advisory services consulting company where Global Clean Energy Holdings, LLC was formed in 2006 as a subsidiary, and he served as President. The company was then spun off in late 2007 as its own entity, which he led as its Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his work at Mobius, he served as the Senior Director of Enron Energy Services. Prior thereto, he was the Vice President of Bentley Engineering and a Senior Vice President of Southland Industries. Mr. Palmer has been directly involved in the renewable and energy efficient technologies business for over 35 years. He has two Executive Business certificates from the University of Southern California.

Martin Wenzel

Martin Wenzel serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Audit Committee. Prior to joining the Board of Directors, Martin was the Executive Vice President for Heorot Power Holdings & Beowulf Energy. Prior to his work at Heorot, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer for Colorado Energy Management and Senior Vice President (Sales and Marketing) of Miasolé Inc., a producer of solar cell products. Martin previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Energy LLC and was a member of the Board of Directors for ION Clean Energy, a carbon-capture technology company based in Colorado. Martin holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School, a Masters’ degree in Systems Management from The University of Southern California, and a Bachelors’ degree in Engineering and Management from the U.S. Naval Academy.

Amy K. Wood is currently the Americas Feed & Product Manager for the Fuels and Lubricants Division of ExxonMobil Oil Corporation. Wood is responsible for supply chain optimization for Americas crude, products, and biofuels business development. She joined ExxonMobil in 1994 and has served in various roles including refinery process design, logistics optimizations, strategic advisor, and team development for renewable business initiatives. She has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
