Note 4 - Investment Held for Sale
All of TALs nursery capabilities have been transferred from Belize to the Companys operations in Tizimin, Mexico. The Company is in the process of selling the land in Belize. The net assets have been reclassified as Investment Held for Sale at March 31, 2013 and at December 31, 2012; the promissory notes are netted against the assets. The Net Assets, measured at the lower of cost or fair value as of March 31, 2013 were $565,473 Belize Dollars (US $288,536 based on exchange rates in effect at March 31, 2013). |
