On October 4, 2023, Global Clean Energy Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of its 2023 planting season involving the Company’s proprietary camelina crop. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
